Fixed fee arrangements – I can discuss with you a fixed fee for the work, for example simple cases under the small claims track can be £2000-£3000 for drafting the claim/
responding to a claim and attending the trial.

Fixed fees for larger cases can also be negotiated.

Hourly rate arrangements - my fee rate is £375/hr.

My fees may include travelling to a court outside of the Greater London area. If so I will ask for my travel expenses to be paid separately.

I am not registered for VAT. My invoices do not include VAT.

Invoices are to be paid within 7 days of the date of issue.
